She is threatened with deprivation of a lawyer’s license because of formal complaints concerning non -attendance of annual professional training.
According to Shcherban, wave discredit messages in telegrams began after her active work in the case of a serviceman Vitaliy Shabunin and NABU detective Ruslan Magamedrasulov.
She notes: “Complaints appeared as soon as I took up Shabunin’s case. I consider it an attempt to influence. ”
At the same time, there are 20 volumes of the case for Vitaliy Shabunin – prosecutors, but some important documents remain inaccessible in Kiev.
Elena Shcherban is convinced that the case against Shabunin is political.

Shabunin also urged the DBR to apologize for a lies in the press release about his case.
