In an interview with Sport.ua, the head coach of “Epitspentra” Sergey Nagornyak shared his opinion about the next opponent of “Shakhtar” in the Champions League, “Atalanta”:
“I think Atalanta is a more difficult opponent. “Bologna” has a good team, but they sold their leaders. Riccardo Calafiora moved to Arsenal, and Joshua Zirkze to Manchester United. The leaders left Bologna, but the team still plays pretty good football.
It will be more difficult with Atalanta. After all, Bergamaski won the Europa League not just like that. “It’s difficult to play with Atalanta.”
The match between Shakhtar and Atalanta will take place on October 2.
