According to the investigation, the suspect is the owner of a plot of land with an area of 0.1 ha in Voskresensky Gardens, in the Dnipro district of Kyiv. At the same time, he decided to increase the area of his possessions and arbitrarily occupied the adjacent plots of land, which are in communal ownership and located within the Dnipro coastal protection strip.
