German Chancellor Olaf Scholz had a telephone conversation with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin for the first time in almost two years. This is reported by Süddeutsche Zeitung UNN.

“… Olaf Scholz and Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke on the phone for an hour on Friday afternoon,” a German government source told Reuters on Friday.
