Among the perpetrators are mainly private entrepreneurs who provided false information to enter information into the “Shlyah” system, as well as those who organized a business to transport men of military age to bypass border checkpoints.
Also among the exposed persons are the administrators of various messengers who sought out and accepted orders from customers who wanted to go abroad.
In addition, the police uncovered cells for the production of forged documents regarding unfitness for military service.
Migration police officers, National Police investigators, cyber police officers, employees of regional police units, as well as border guards exposed criminal schemes on the territory of 19 regions.
Read also: In Lviv Oblast, a shipping scheme was exposed dodgerwent abroad as a truck driver During the searches, the law enforcement officers seized various types of documents, including medical documents for persons of conscription age, which provided the opportunity to cross the border, as well as computer equipment, drafts, mobile phones, money in foreign currency, etc.
The extras were informed of the suspicion under a number of articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in particular under part 3 Art. 332 – illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of up to nine years with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold certain positions.
