This refinery is located near the Engels strategic aviation base, where the Tu-95 and Tu-160 are located, which the Russian army systematically uses for shelling the territory of Ukraine.”

As a result of a joint special operation of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Defense Forces on the night of January 14, ammunition depots at the Engels airfield (Saratov Region) were hit, a large fire was recorded at the Aleksin Chemical Plant in the Tula Region of the Russian Federation and at the Saratov Oil Refinery, there were direct rocket hits at the Bryansk Chemical Plant.
