Details: As the investigation established, the suspect “leaked” the occupiers with data about the air defense system near the operational airfields of the Ukrainian troops.

In particular, it was documented how during the air alert, the informant, while on duty, recorded a monitor with secret software on the phone’s camera, reports the special service.
He also gave the enemy data on the flight directions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the combat positions of Ukrainian air defense units.
SBU employees detained the informant immediately after the first communication session with the occupiers, say the special service. At the same time, comprehensive measures were taken to secure the positions of Ukrainian troops.
It was established that the person involved came into the field of view of Russian special services when he wrote pro-Kremlin comments in Telegram-channels
During the search, a smartphone with evidence of work in the Russian Federation was seized from him.
Based on the collected evidence, the investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine informed him of the suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
Part 3 of Art. 114-2 (unauthorized dissemination of information about the deployment, movement of weapons, movement, movement or placement of the Armed Forces or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, committed under martial law);
Part 1 of Art. 361-2 (unauthorized sale or distribution of information with limited access, which is stored in electronic computing machines (computers), automated systems, computer networks or on media of such information).
The perpetrator faces up to 12 years in prison. An investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.
