According to Lieutenant General Vasyl Malyuk, this issue symbolizes the power of Ukrainian special services and is a reminder of their ability to strike the enemy even at a considerable distance.
Vasily Malyuk recalled that the operation of the Web was the result of “symbiosis of the agent and technical component”. Within its boundaries, the SBU operators with the help of special combat drones caused a simultaneous impact of four Russian airfields.
As a result of this attack, 41 enemy aircraft was affected, which is 34% of the total strategic aviation of Russia. According to various data, 13 to 21 aircraft, including TU-22M3 and Tu-95MC strategic bombers, were permanently destroyed. According to the head of the SBU, some of these unique aircraft are not recoverable.
