Despite serious injuries as a result of the accident, the woman’s friends believed that the doctor was to blame for her death, so they decided to kill him.”

Details: It is reported that the perpetrators have developed a detailed plan, the gradual implementation of which took place under the control of law enforcement officers. Both suspects were arrested while trying to buy a gun.

During the investigation, the law enforcement officers established that two residents of the Kyiv region, a 36-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, were preparing to kill the first deputy minister of health.
For several months, they monitored the daily routine and movements of the potential victim, rented an apartment in the same residential complex, and in order to remain unnoticed, constantly changed vehicles. In addition, the couple regularly visited the shooting range, where they practiced their shooting skills.
Law enforcement officers detained both accomplices when they were buying a gun on the “black” market.
At present, the investigators have announced to the detainees that they are suspected of 1 Art. 2 p.m. 2 p. 12th century 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – preparation for intentional murder.
Investigators are petitioning the court to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention without alternative for the suspect.
