Details: On the fact of murder, police began proceedings under paragraph 11 of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder committed to order).
Investigators are currently working with the detainees. The question of notifying him about suspicion and election of a pre -trial detention is resolved.
Updated: At a briefing, the head of the National Police, Ivan Vygovsky, confirmed that the suspect was made on February 23, 2025 on the wanted dismissal of the military unit.
That preceded: In the afternoon of March 14, the activist Demyan Ganul was shot in Odessa. Police have released photos of a suspected man.
