O’liri said the company is developing a plan that will allow you to start flights to Ukraine within 4-6 weeks after the conflict. At the same time, he noted that Trump is actively in favor of ceasefire in Ukraine.

After joining Trump, he had already stated that he was ready to impose new duties and sanctions against Russia if Vladimir Putin did not stop the “senseless war” in Ukraine.
The main obstacle for the recovery of flights is the need to stop the fighting, as the European Flight Safety Agency (EASA) will not allow flights to the conflict area until there is no confidence that the missiles are not threatened with aircraft.
Ryanair plans to open about 24 new routes from Kiev and Lviv. To ensure the capacity, the company plans to redirect planes from airports such as Stansted and Paris-Orley.
O’lir stressed that the infrastructure in Ukraine, including luggage systems, is already working and cities are ready to restore air transportation. At the same time, he noted that the restoration of railway traffic in Odessa may take more time due to large -scale destruction, and some transport units in the east and south of the country are seriously damaged.
