This was announced by the Minister of Defense Rustem Umyerov.
You no longer need to contact the TCC — you can have a medical examination in a convenient place.
The reform envisages that the medical examination will be carried out by civilian doctors, who will enter conclusions directly into the Electronic Health Care System (EHS).
Information from the ESOZ will automatically be sent to the electronic system of the Ministry of Defense in a matter of minutes.
At the same time, military medical commissions will receive only medical data without personal identification. This guarantees objectivity and impartiality when making fitness for duty decisions.
Each stage of the process will have a digital footprint – the conclusions of doctors and VLK will be recorded with the help of electronic signatures and stored in the “Oberig” registry.
This approach will make it possible to quickly check the work of medical institutions in case of doubts about the results of medical examinations.
“We are working to ensure that state services for conscripts and our defenders are convenient, transparent and free of unnecessary bureaucracy. The reform of the VLK is another important step on this path,” Rustem Umyerov emphasized.
As ArmiyaInform reported, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Health, presented a draft reform of military medical commissions (MMCs), designed to significantly change the outdated system.
The reform will make it possible to divide the decisions of the military medical commission into two separate sets of data — medical and administrative. Some specialists will conduct a medical examination for VLC, and others will analyze the anonymized results of these medical examinations.
