After 3 o’clock on November 13, the Air Force warned about the takeoff of Russian strategic bombers.

“The take-off of up to 6 Tu-95ms from Olenegorsk was recorded. Roughly in the area of the launch lines, they are expected at 5:00 a.m.,” the command said.
The military also records the movement of drones from the north:
- in Sumy region, in the north and south of the region, heading for Chernihiv and Poltava regions
- in Chernihiv Oblast heading for Kyiv Oblast
- in the north of the Kyiv region heading for Zhytomyr Region
- in the north of Zhytomyr Oblast heading for Zviagel
- group in Poltava region along the border with Sumy region heading for Kyiv
- in the north-west of Kharkiv Oblast in the direction of Poltava Oblast
- in the east of Cherkasy, heading for the Kirovohrad Region
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
