Literally, the city government: “In the evening (November 16 – ed.), the enemy attacked the “emergency” brigade from a drone. The 64-year-old driver suffered an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to both legs. A 32-year-old paramedic suffered a contusion, explosive and closed craniocerebral injuries.”
