“According to the investigation, on September 17, 2024 at around 10:00 a.m., using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the occupiers dropped, according to preliminary data, three guided air bombs on the civilian infrastructure of the city of Glukhiv, Shostkinsky district. As a result of the enemy’s attack, a father and son, aged 64 and 34, were injured,” the message reads.
The prosecutor’s office added that at least 20 private homes were also damaged.
According to the agency, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the violation of the laws and customs of war.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
