Repair and restoration works are ongoing at the damaged facilities of the energy infrastructure.

The Ministry of Energy reminds that today hourly shutdown schedules and capacity limitation schedules for industrial consumers and businesses apply from 00:00 to 23:59 in most regions of Ukraine. The ministry called on consumers to rationally use electricity throughout the day, especially during peak consumption hours in the morning and evening.

Earlier, the local authorities of Odesa reported that the nighttime Russian attack had consequences for the energy and port infrastructure. Oleksiy Kuleba, the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, the Minister of Community and Territorial Development, added that one of the ports has power outages – specialists are already working on its restoration.

Also, according to his data, as a result of shelling of the critical infrastructure of Donetsk region, about 30,000 subscribers were left without water supply, about 20,000 more – without heat, in Dnipropetrovsk region, UAV strikes damaged the railway infrastructure.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
