Russian prosecutors have been asking for 27 years for volunteer bars that helped Ukrainian refugees

In Russia, the state prosecution asks the court for punishment in the form of 27 years of imprisonment for the volunteer of Nadiya Rosssinskaya (Nadin Heisler) in the case of treason, calls for activities against the security of the state and promoting terrorist activity. Lawyer Alexei Prynnisnikov informed about it.

The sentence will be announced on June 20.

Rosssinsk was detained on February 1, 2024 during the entrance to Belgorod. The reason for the case was the publication on the collection of humanitarian aid for the Azov battalion, recognized in Russia by a “terrorist” organization. “All three criminal cases have been initiated for one post in an Instagram account that is not hopeful,” Leshnishnikov emphasized.

Nadine Gayler does not admit guilty. “I was in Georgia, I was in Turkey, my phone was free, so I cannot know and say who placed these posts, but personally I did not assist the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” she said when choosing a measure of restraint in court.

After the start of the full -scale war of Russia against Ukraine, Rosinskaya started the women’s volunteer movement “Army of Beauty”, which helped civilians from Ukraine. Among other things, volunteers contributed to fugitives from war to EU countries.
