Details: In particular, the documents signed by the Russian headquarters of the Southern Military District, Lieutenant General Mikhail Zusko, revealed the facts of unjustified transfer of more than 900 officers to the rear units. Of these, at least 200 have been assigned despite the full staffing of the units.
