On Monday, November 18, the army of the aggressor country Russia launched a missile attack on Odesa. A rocket hit a residential building in the middle of the day, at least 10 people are known to have died, including seven policemen.
According to the State Emergency Service, 43 people were injured, including four children. Two people were saved.
As a result of the strike, three apartment buildings, a university building and two administrative buildings were damaged.
As the mayor of Odesa, Gennadiy Trukhanov, reported, 23 victims are receiving the necessary medical assistance in Odesa hospitals.
Emergency services are working on the spot, a volunteer unit of the Department of Municipal Security joined the work.
On November 18, explosions rang out in Odesa. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the aggressor country of the Russian Federation had launched a ballistic missile in the direction of the city. The OVA reported a hit to civilian infrastructure.
