Russian troops continued to attack a village near Kharkiv and, according to preliminary data, one of the city’s districts, the regional military administration reported in a telegram.

“At 12:40 a.m., the invaders launched a rocket attack on the village of Ruska Lozova, Kharkiv district. According to preliminary information, the shooting occurred near one of the educational institutions of the settlement,” the message reads.

The regional administration also notes that, according to preliminary data, at around 12:33 p.m., Russian forces struck the Kyiv district of Kharkiv – no information on casualties has been received so far. However, the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov wrote in his telegram at 1:15 p.m. that, according to detailed information, this time there were no “arrivals” in the city of Kharkiv.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
