Details: Kiper also emphasized that the situation with energy supply in Odesa remains difficult due to large-scale infrastructure damage.

Electricity supply is already available in 6 districts of the region, partially absent in Odesa district. Centralized water and heat supply was restored in Odesa.

What preceded:

The Russian army launched a missile attack on Odesa on Monday afternoon. 10 people died. Among them are seven policemen, a medic and two local residents.
