Late in the evening, on Wednesday, December 18, the Russian army attacked Kryvyi Rih. The impact damaged the local hospital and high-rise residential buildings.

“Thank God, everyone is alive. The central collectors, electricity, and trolleys were broken. A lot of damage in high-rise buildings. The hospital suffered,” he wrote in Telegram.
Updated at 00:36. In Kryvyi Rih, a blackout was recorded after the missile strike, Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the city’s Defense Council, reported.
Suspilne reports about the explosion in the city. Later it became known about at least one more explosion.
Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, also confirmed the information about the attack on the city.
“There were explosions in Kryvyi Rih. All information later,” he wrote in his Telegram.
The Air Force urges residents of the city to stay in shelters.
