On Wednesday, January 22, the Russian occupiers carried out an airstrike on Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region, as a result of which a 58-year-old man was killed and five more people were injured.
This was reported to the State Emergency Service.
The message states that the enemy attacked the city with high-explosive aerial bombs and drones, as a result of which fires broke out, in particular, in a private residential building and a warehouse.
The State Emergency Service reported that the fire was extinguished promptly.
The head of Donetsk OVA, Vadym Filashkin, added that the Russians dropped nine 250-kilogram high-explosive aerial bombs on the city in the morning, and later attacked with a drone.
Filashkin noted that, according to preliminary information, 92 objects were damaged. Among them are high-rise buildings, private houses, garages, utility rooms, passenger cars, administration buildings, a coffee shop, an infrastructure facility, DTEK power lines and gas pipelines.
