Local authorities announced a “drone attack” and urged people not to go out into the open. At the same time, local residents reported a “hit on a warehouse with ammunition.”
Later, the governor of the Krasnodar region, Veniamin Kondratiev, reported on the attack of two drones on the district. According to him, the UAVs were allegedly shot down by air defense and anti-aircraft defense forces.
“Due to the falling debris of one of them (drone – ed.) a fire broke out, which spread to explosive objects. The detonation has started,” Kondratiev said, adding that the village is undergoing a temporary evacuation of local residents.
Kondratiev claims that there are apparently no injured persons as a result of the incident.
Astra also reported that two military units are located in Tykhoretsk – 57229 (“White Barns”) and 01704.
Earlier, on September 21, there was information about a “drone attack” in the Tver region: residents of Toropets and surrounding settlements heard explosions.
