Today, June 3, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy conducted a number of personnel permutations in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He stated this in his evening video.
– As for the Land Forces system, especially tasks such as training, preparation, changes in the CCC and everything that is related to it – this will be done by another person. Today, however, the appointment of Oleg Apostle by the commander of the DShV, and Robert Brody – the commander of the forces of unmanned systems. That’s more Focus on combat issues. The successful experience of the best brigades should be scaled throughout the army. Vadim Sukharevsky is appointed Deputy Commander of the Operational Command “East”, and the primary task for him is the modernization of this command. Igor Skibiuk is appointed Deputy Chief of Staff, – the President said.
As for Michael Drapaty, who previously held the post of commander of the Land Forces, he will now focus solely on combat issues and appointed commander of the Joint Forces.

In addition, in his video message, the head of state noted that he had met today with the head of IAEA Rafael Grosssey. They talked about the obvious security problems created by the Russian occupation.
– This is the situation at the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Station. We do the maximum to prevent any radiation or other incidents. Unfortunately, the Russian occupation has created a problem that no one knew before. I thank everyone in the world who helps us keep this situation within security. And no matter how difficult it was, we have to return normal Ukrainian control over the station. They also talked about energy in Ukraine – about our atomic generation. I am grateful for your willingness to help both with the completion of our Khmelnytsky NPP and the development of uranium production in Ukraine, – the presidential address reads.
