In Rivne on February 3, law enforcement officers detained two 19-year-old agents of the Russian special service. They were going to blow up a bomb near the police.

According to the case file, the persons involved were left in the bag near the homemade explosive management. The invaders planned to blow it calling on a mobile phone.
According to law enforcement officers, a terrorist attack was to take place when there are many police officers near the house, and the agents themselves would still be near the explosive device.
In this way, the racists planned to kill the maximum number of police officers and ordinary citizens and at the same time eliminate the executors of the terrorist attack as “unnecessary” witnesses.
SBU staff exposed Russian agents in advance and thus disrupted the criminal intentions of the invaders. Both defendants were detained “on hot” when they tried to install explosives near the police district.
At the scene, a bag, equipped with SVPs and additional means of hidden observation with remote access function for special services of the Russian Federation was removed from the detainees.
The defendants were two 19-year-old young people who sought “fast” earnings on telegrams.
After arriving in Rivne, they received a geolocation of a shroud from the invaders, from which they took away the SVP for a terrorist attack.
On the basis of the evidence collected, investigators of the Security Service plan to inform the detainees of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 15, Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (completed attempt on a terrorist act).
The attackers are in custody. They face up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained another agent of the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB), who was engaged in adjusting Russian strikes in Kherson region.
The SBU also detained the deputy of the Poltava Regional Council, suspected of ordering the murder of the owner of a local agricultural company to take possession of his business. The official reported name is not called, but local media insist that it is an Oleg Uncle from the party for the future.
