The singer, 33, gave her fans a glimpse behind the scenes as she posted a carousal of photos to her Instagram.
In the photos, Rita showed off her figure in a tight black bandeau top and light green leggings as she snapped a mirror selfie.
In the workout photo, the Rituals singer flashed her abs and tattoo collection as she posed make-up free.
In another photo, Rita donned a white strapless top that put her her taught midriff on full display.
The star added an oversized white shirt and red and white tracksuit pants to her look which she finished off with a matching red cap.
The singer finished off her colourful outfit with a pair of chunky £300 Miu Miu sunglasses and a series of stacked gold body chains.
Among the snaps were several sun-kissed selfies where Rita posed on a rooftop in a plain white tank top and blue jeans.
The singer beamed for the camera and looked relaxed as she took a break from recording.
The hit maker also shared a photo of herself in the recording studio behind a microphone with headphones on and pulled a silly face as she captured herself working on her next album.
For the recording session, Rita threw on a Pink Floyd graphic T-shirt and swept her curly hair into a low bun as she posed with a fresh-face.
The singer also teased her 16million followers with a glimpse of herself getting ready for a glam event.
The star was spotted being zipped up into a shimmering green, yellow and gold flower patterned dress which she added a green camouflage cap to.
The Let You Love Me singer captioned her post: ‘Studio and stuff’ and fans were delighted she was back in the studio and took to the comments to express their excitement.
On wrote: ‘Can’t wait for a new album ❤️❤️’
While another commented: ‘Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh OMG!! an emotional wreck RO4 is coming ❤️’.
And a third said simply: ‘RO4?????’.
Rita’s latest post comes just days after she was spotted putting on a dazzling display at the Emmy Awards.
The singer turned heads in the incredibly glamorous number – and her husband, Taika Waititi, didn’t hesitate to assist her on the red carpet of the 76th annual award show.
The New Zealand actor, 49, was seen fluffing out the singer’s long feathered train before beaming as they stood arm in arm.
For the star-studded event Rita wore a baby pink strapless dress with a long feathered train.
She swept her hair back in flapper-girl inspired waves and opted for minimal jewellery.
Her actor and director husband looked dapper in a silk double breasted jacket and white trousers and he finished off his smart look with a black bow tie and matching black shoes.
The duo – who tied the knot in 2022 – looked every inch of the loved-up couple, embracing one another and flaunting their best smiles for the lens ahead of the annual ceremony.
