Thus, enterprises important for the national economy in the field of agriculture in a particular period are determined according to certain criteria.
In particular, an enterprise is considered important if it cultivates more than 500 hectares of agricultural land, has an annual income of at least UAH 20 million, or has paid at least UAH 324,000. UAH of taxes for the previous reporting quarter.
Other criteria are the presence of the main KVED specified in the order, or the enterprise belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy or state corporate rights.
In addition, 100% state ownership in the authorized capital and the activity of subleasing state lands through auctions are important.

As reported, enterprises, institutions and organizations will be re-checked for compliance with the criteria for booking employees from mobilization.
