Significant rains are expected in Khmelnytsky, Vinnytsia, Odessa and afternoon in the Zhytomyr region.

Forecasters also warn of thunderstorms throughout the country, except the western regions: at night-in the southwestern part, in the afternoon-in the majority of the territory. In some places, hail and squalls are possible up to 15-20 m/s. In these regions there is a yellow level of danger.
Due to heavy rainfall on July 17-18, in the mountainous regions of Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Bukovina, the formation of mudflows and landslides of soil is possible. The level of danger is orange.
Rescuers urge Ukrainians to be careful and closely monitor the weather forecasters.
