“The Rada has approved new rules for vehicle trade (No. 9083). There were 270 votes in favor,” MP Oleksiy Honcharenko said on Telegram.
According to the Ukravtoprom association, the law is aimed at simplifying the trade in used cars.
According to the MP, in particular, those engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of motor vehicles will be able to buy and sell vehicles as goods without registering them with the Centralized State Automobile Registration and Tax Administration.
“Today, organizations that trade in used vehicles, when buying a car for the purpose of its further resale, are obliged to account for it not as a commodity, but as a fixed asset for their own use,” Ukrautoprom explained.
