Details: He clarified that Ukraine’s “responsible” decision regarding Donbas, which was talked about the day before by the aide of the Kremlin leader Yuriy Ushakov, is the complete withdrawal of the armed forces from the borders of Donbas.

“Of course. This is the withdrawal of the regime’s armed forces from Donbas beyond the administrative borders,” Peskov replied.
He was also asked whether this applies only to Donbas or Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. “Here I have already said that we will not fully comment and engage in public discussion of individual provisions,” said Peskov.
“Russia is thinking about ending the military conflict in the context of achieving its goals,” the Kremlin representative emphasized.
