Putin stated that there are people in Europe who publicly say that Russia is preparing to attack Europe. The head of the Kremlin said that such people are “a little out of their depth”.
“Nevertheless, if it is promoted in the public consciousness, if they have scared their citizens and want to hear that we are not going to and we have no aggressive plans for Europe, please, we are ready to record it in any way,” the head of the Kremlin said.
