Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that Russia’s new massive attack on Ukraine is proof that phone diplomacy cannot replace real support from the West.
In his message on the social network Kh (Twitter) On November 17, Donald Tusk expressed his belief that “no one will stop Putin with phone calls.”
According to him, one of the biggest attacks by the Russian Federation proved that telephone diplomacy cannot replace real support from the entire West for Ukraine.
