Russian leader Vladimir Putin did not exclude the admiration of the sadness and said that the Russian Federation seems to create a “buffer zone” in Sumy region. He also remembered the “dirty bomb” again.

“Our intelligence has no confirmation that Ukraine wants to use a” dirty bomb “against Russia, but we do not exclude that this idea may have this idea in whose sick brain,” he added.
