Prosecutor’s Office: The military of the Russian Federation dropped the airbag on the village in Donetsk – one dead, three wounded

On July 27 at 16:10, the Russian soldiers struck an aviation strike in the village of Illinivka, Kramatorsk district in Donetsk region, the regional prosecutor’s office reported.

“Against the civilian population, the enemy used FAB-2550 with the UMPC module … As a result of the attack of the invaders at the place of residence, a 59-year-old man was killed. His wife 56 years and two 45 and 57-year-old neighbors were injured. With mine-explosive and traumatic brain injuries, fractures and gardens, they were taken to the hospital … Among the damaged facilities-six private homes and cars, ”the message stated.

The Konstantinovsky District Prosecutor’s Office launched a pre -trial investigation in criminal proceedings on a war crime (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
