In Kharkiv Oblast, Russian forces hit a civilian car with a drone, the local prosecutor’s office said in a statement.

“In the village of Pidlyman, Izyum district, around 1:00 p.m., an enemy FPV drone hit a civilian car. Spouses of pensioners and their son were injured,” the department said.

It is also known that on the morning of November 2, a Russian FPV drone targeted a vehicle in the village of Odnorobivka, Bogoduhiv district.

The prosecutor’s office noted that an attack drone of the Geran-2 type also hit a house in the village of Skosohorivka, Bogoduhiv district.

In addition, on November 2, approximately at 4:00 p.m., Russian troops previously fired on the village of Tsyrkuny from a rocket salvo system, the agency concluded.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
