President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed Decree No. 469/2025, according to which the Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko was introduced into the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine.
The document partially changes the previous decree of March 29, 2024 №193/2024, making adjustments to the NSDC staff.
Thus, Kravchenko will now officially participate in the council meetings, which corresponds to his key role in ensuring law and order and national security.
Earlier, we wrote that Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko stated that more than 20,000 criminal proceedings were found in Ukraine concerning economic entities – much more than the previous Dashboards were shown. All these cases will be thoroughly tested.
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the appointment Ruslana Kravchenko as a prosecutor General. 273 MPs voted for the corresponding decision on June 16.
