Details: There are currently 484 prosecutors with disability status in the prosecutor’s office. Of these, 41 persons have already applied for their dismissal – these applications were satisfied.
The prosecutor stressed that only the CDCP has the authority to make a decision to dismiss in such cases. At the same time, he urged not to make generalizations about the dishonesty of the entire prosecutor’s office.
“Restoration of trust is a path that everyone has to go. No exception. No manipulation. The process is launched. We are waiting for a solution. And this will be a solution not by emotions, but by law,” Kravchenko stressed.
