“As of 11:00 a.m. on November 2, the work of the software of the customs service of the Slovak Republic at the checkpoint “Vyshnye Niemetske” has been restored only partially,” the message reads.
Currently, according to customs officials, the neighboring party accepts from the customs territory of Ukraine cargo vehicles only with export goods, imported goods are processed in a limited number.
“This created a queue of about 350 trucks on the Slovak side over the last day. We ask carriers who choose to cross the border in this direction to take into account the above information when planning their trips,” the State Customs Service added.

Earlier, traffic was temporarily restricted at the Mogilev-Podilskyi-Otach checkpoint on the Moldovan-Ukrainian border. There, the period of repair work on the bridge over the Dniester River was extended for approximately 14 days.
