The head of state stood in the center of Kiev with the phone in his hand, and probably recorded the video. Passers -by were first surprised, and then began to approach the president one by one, many asked Zelensky for a common photo.
The staff with the president on Khreshchatyk began to publish massively on social networks and publications. At the same time, it is unknown why Zelensky appeared in the center of the capital and how it was secured.
