President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi will hold talks with the leaders of Great Britain, France, Italy, and Germany in each of the countries. The Head of State announced this during a conversation with media representatives in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
“During the day, I will start negotiations with key partners on whom the military component of our strengthening depends,” the Head of State said.
According to the President, he will hold talks with each of the four leaders, and then, as planned, present the Victory Plan to all partners during a Rammstein-style meeting.
The 25th “Rammstein” was supposed to take place on October 12, but due to a hurricane in the USA, the meeting had to be postponed. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the natural disaster requires the maximum attention of the President of the United States Joseph Biden to the domestic situation.
“Any leader in similar circumstances would have stayed in his country. But the leadership format of “Ramstein” is particularly important, so we understand that a new schedule may be prepared in the near future,” added the Head of State.
He expressed his belief that it is in the “Ramstein” format that it is best to coordinate with all partners the implementation of the specific content of the Victory Plan, primarily military points that strengthen Ukraine on the battlefield.
