The Love Island star, 30, gave her Instagram followers a glimpse into her life on Wednesday as she soaked up the sun at a juicing retreat.
In a compilation video, Georgia shared highlights of her time at Juicy Oasis Boutique Health Retreat & Spa in Portugal – a juicing retreat.
Assuring her followers that she wasn’t following a solely liquid diet during her time away, she revealed that she had been working out, reading parenting books and enjoying quality time with her friend.
In one snap, Georgia showed off her blossoming baby bump while lounging pool side and reading the book, First-Time Parent.
‘Almost forgot this was the point,’ Georgia wrote on the video as she claimed the retreat could ‘change your life’.
Her glowing caption said: ‘People come here of all shapes, sizes and ages. There is no pressure to join in an activities but if you want to there’s so much!
‘A few include volley ball, tennis, yoga classes three times a day, rebounding, circuit training, juice workshops, canoeing, sunrise swim, massages, facials, colonics, a full spa including sauna and hot tub which becomes a bit of a social club.
‘This place is honestly so special to me. It’s my 4th time now and reflecting I’ve really evolved here.
‘I first came to heal after my best friend passed away (and it seriously helped me get healthy and distracted), the second two times I came to get in shape for the summer with my amazing mum and this time I’m here to rest and infuse myself with all the nutrients my body could possibly wish for.’
Georgia also gave an insight into her diet during her pregnancy, admitting she has been indulging in ‘cheeky’ salads while on her retreat.
‘Before the Karen’s start I am eating. I’m having cheeky juicy salads to my room but this is an absolute exception to the rule and only because I’m pregnant,’ she added.
‘Usually you have 4 juices and a soup a day which believe it or not really keeps you satisfied.
‘Anyway if you want to click the reset button this is where you wanna be my friends.’
It seems the Love Islander isn’t the only reality TV star to enjoy a health retreat, however, with I’m A Celeb star Vicky Pattison taking to the comments section of Georgia’s post.
She wrote: ‘One of my favourite places in the world.’
Georgia sent fans wild on Saturday by announcing her and boyfriend Jack Stacey, 33, are expecting a child.
She told followers: ‘We’ve been keeping a secret! Me and Jack are having a baby! Due November 2025, we can’t wait to welcome this little one into the world and embrace all the joy and love he or she will bring’.
‘I still can’t believe I’ve finally got everything I ever wanted and i couldn’t be more grateful…And just like that 2 are about to become 3.’
She later posted a candid pregnancy update, taking to Instagram to post an old video of her doing up some tight gym gear as she penned in the caption: ‘Realising it’s not the stomach you have to cover at eight weeks pregnant…’
She was seen pulling up the zip of the purple jacket worn over a matching sports bra and struggled to get it over her bust.
Reality star Georgia added in the caption: ‘By far my biggest give away in the first trimester!’
Georgia and Jack have enjoyed a ten-month whirl wind of a romance after meeting on a dating app.
They became Instagram official in January when Georgia put on a loved-up display with her hunky partner.
She revealed in October that she had sparked up a relationship with someone who is not in the public eye.
Previously Georgia, who found love again eight months after dating Anton Danyluk on Love Island All Stars, had kept her new man’s identity covered as she posed for photos hiding his face.
Discussing her then unknown boyfriend, she previously told The Sun: ‘It’s really refreshing and he’s very grounded.’
‘It’s not something I’ve been shouting from the rooftops yet but it’s going really, really well, and I’m really enjoying my time with him.’
Adding that she feels she can be ‘completely and utterly myself’ when she’s around him, Georgia concluded: ‘For the first time in a while, I’ve met someone that I do think is a really good person and I enjoy being around.’
