Yesterday, Polish carriers launched a blocking of Yagodin checkpoint. Currently, the number of trucks in electronic queues has almost doubled.

According to customs officers, carriers are currently massively discharged from the “Echergi” to cross the border through Yagodin. They choose other checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Polish border. During the night from May 12 to May 13, the customs post “Yagodin” issued only 8 weights.
Polish carriers blocked yesterday for passage the checkpoint “Dorogosk-Yagodin”. They limited the movement of trucks to one hour in the direction of departure and entry into Ukraine. Therefore, in 12 hours of night shift at the customs post “Yagodin”, 205 carriers were issued for entry and only 8 – for departure from Ukraine.
Yesterday, the electronic queue had 1391 vehicles, and today it has almost doubled and as of the morning is 789 empty or loaded cars.
Carriers no longer become more in the Living Queue to Ukraine, choosing other traffic routes.
Recently, it became known that Polish carriers have announced a new protest action at the border with Ukraine. The blockade is planned at the checkpoint “Dozhusk-Yagodin”.
Yesterday, the border guards warned that the movement of trucks through the checkpoint between Ukraine and Poland “Yagodin-Dorogusk” could be complicated.
And at 16:00, Polish carriers launched a protest action near the Yagodin-Dorogusk checkpoint on the border of Poland and Ukraine.
We will remind, Polish carriers have already blocked the Ukrainian border from November 2023 until spring 2024.
Earlier, we reported that the permission for holding the action was issued by the Lublin District Court, and the organizers have already declared its readiness to start blockade.
