Details: In total, four people were detained. One group included 17- and 19-year-old natives of Sumy Oblast and Kyiv Oblast, the other a 20-year-old native of Kyiv and a 26-year-old native of Luhansk Oblast.

According to the police, they coordinated their work with the Russian special services through messengers. They were promised a monetary reward for setting fire to them. All four involved were arrested. They were informed of suspicion under three articles, including sabotage and arson.
