The Polish Agricultural and Food Products Quality Inspectorate (IJHARS) in Rzeszow has decided to ban the circulation of a batch of durum wheat with a total weight of 21,998 tons imported from Ukraine on the Polish market. This was reported by the inspection in the social network X, UNN reports .

Details

It is noted that the decision was made due to the low protein content of the durum wheat batch and was immediately implemented.

IJHARS inspectors from Rzeszow made a similar decision to ban the import of eight 200-ton batches of rice imported from Myanmar into Poland due to the presence of dead pests.

Recall

Polish prosecutors are investigating the activities of 75 local companies that imported Ukrainian grain as technical grain and sold it as food. Charges were brought against 17 people, most of whom are Polish citizens.
