According to The Telegraph, Sikorsky called a special representative of US President Kit Kellog after Washington suddenly stopped some of the supplies of arms for the Armed Forces.
During the conversation, the Polish Minister focused on a missile strike on the NATO ally and called for the supply of air defense systems immediately.
According to the publication, this conversation made a strong impression on General Kellog, who, as a retired military, understood the danger of further escalation of the conflict. Almost immediately after the call, he contacted US President Donald Trump.
