The German government has prepared everything necessary to provide Ukraine with additional military aid worth 3 billion euros, but discussions are still ongoing. Currently, there are no funds, because the new budget of the country has not been approved.

Details: The minister emphasized that some of the democratic parties in Germany have shown a desire to take steps in this direction.
He also assured that regardless of which government will lead the country after the elections on February 23, German support for Ukraine will remain “reliable, steadfast, loyal and energetic.”
