On November 19, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the competition took place in the Olympic House in Kyiv The best athlete of the month.

The celebration of the best Ukrainian athletes based on the results of June, August and September became an important event that summarizes the high achievements of athletes at the Olympic Games in Paris and other international tournaments.

Well-deserved awards were given to: Yaroslava Maguchih (athlete, high jumper), Oleksandr Khizhnyak (boxer), Yehor Yakushenko (world champion in Greco-Roman wrestling among young men under 20), Anastasia Kobets (world champion in climbing among youth).

The award ceremony was conducted by the president of the NOC of Ukraine, Vadym Gutzait.

The best athlete of three months (June, August and September) received Yaroslav Maguchih.

The best sportsman of August won the award Oleksandr Khizhnyakthe Olympic boxing champion of the Games in Paris.

The best young athlete of September – Yehor Yakushenko, world champion in Greco-Roman wrestling among young men under 20 years old.

The best young athlete of August – Anastasia Kobetsthe world champion in climbing in a duel among youth.
