The petition about realtors in Ukraine has gained the required number of signatures for consideration by the government.

This is evidenced by data on the government’s website.

It urges to establish the legislative regulation of real estate and intermediaries through numerous abuses.

Petition authors emphasize that the lack of clear rules leads to a shadow turnover of hundreds of millions of hryvnias, tax evasion and unjust commissions – from 50 to 100% of the cost of rent or 2-5% when buying a home, even if a person found an apartment on their own.

They propose to register realtors as a FOP or legal entity, to establish minimum qualification requirements, to prohibit the commission without the client’s approval and to provide administrative liability.

We will remind, the people of Kyivans were urged to support a petition against the deputy who staged a celebration on the day of mourning.

Also, a petition about the title of Hero of Ukraine for Parubiy gained 25,000 votes.
