Vlasenko told about it in an interview.
“For example, one interesting history, when the highest places in the competitions with the courts of appeal and judges of the city of Kyiv are occupied by friends and relatives of the members of the CCCS and GRP,” – said Sergey Vlasenko.
He explained how this arrangement works.
“If, for example, the relatives of the two members of the SCCS are involved in the competition, when they consider one candidate, his relative is self -reproduction so that there is no conflict of interest, and his” ally “votes for his relative, and vice versa,” Vlasenko explained.
The High Qualifications Commission of Judges (CCCS) is responsible for the selection and qualification evaluation of judges, and the chairman of the commission is Andriy Pasichnyk.

Narodnaya deputies are particularly worried about the investigation of crimes about illegal enrichment and non -policy of property, said the Director of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Semen Krivonos and the head of the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) Alexander Klimenko, reporting on the results of work in the first year.
Recently, NABU and SAP executives have declared pressure, possible attacks on management and called on the SBU to publish materials on detective suspects in the State Executives.
